She is disappointed in wasting 2+ days trying to get home, at the beginning of school, and said we should gladly pay 2X the price for our tickets for something more reliable (like going with JAL or ANA instead). Considering what we both earn per day, that was a lot of money lost, more than the tickets were worth (the half price tickets being only a minor consolation).
