Will keep happening because peer review itself, ironically, has no real feedback mechanism.

- iceIX 3y agoThe whole reason OpenReview was created was to innovate and improve on the peer review process. If you have ideas, reach out to the program chairs of the conference you're submitting to. Many of them are open to running experiments.
