I am dying to know how it was possible. Do you have a reference to nutritionist or perhaps a meal plan? Where can I learn more about such things?

- mrcode007 3y agoI do. Are you in the US or EU? What’s your email?
- hotpotamus 3y agoWhy not post publicly? At least the broad outlines. I've yet to see any sort of real secret to losing weight. Calories in/out is obvious but there is a fair amount of detail in how you go about that to get vitamins/micronutrients, fiber, and achieve satiety. Speaking as someone who has routinely lost (and obviously gained) large amounts of weight.
- mrcode007 3y agoI think some of the material is copyrighted. The broad outline is explained here: https://idealprotein.com/science/ https://idealprotein.com/science/ https://idealprotein.com/healthcare-providers/ https://idealprotein.com/healthcare-providers/ The website addresses some of the myths including of calorie in/out because not all calories are equal and also every type of food can lead to weight gain. My own experience is that I eat much more and don’t go hungry. I eat every 4 hours. Btw ketogenic is not equal to keto diet. Sometimes people confuse the terms. Most of my fat comes from two spoons of olive oil I eat daily.
