  If you've been following the news cycle for the past 2 hours, then it's obvious that his meaning with this tweet is that he's returned to OpenAI. There was a hangup over a 5 pm deadline but looks like the board gave in.

    No it isn’t. You could read this as him being back or him showing love for the team that pushed to get him back even though he is still leaving.
