- jimbokun 3y agoUS still has a pretty robust First Amendment. Laws violating it consistently get struck down in court.
- immibis 3y agoAh, but that isn't the only law that restricts speech. Many people already got fired for expressing support for Palestinians, because the law says you can get fired for that.
