We have devs that use AI assist, but it’s to automate the construction of the most mindless boilerplate or as a more advanced form of auto complete. There is no AI that comes close to being able to design a new system or build a UI to satisfy a set of customer requirements. These things just aren’t that smart, which is not surprising. They are really cool and do have legitimate uses but they are not going to replace programmers without at least one order of magnitude improvement, maybe more.
