    A lot of the homes, town homes and apartments absolutely DO need thicker walls. I know my neighbours have sex and I'm OK with this, but that doesn't mean I want to lay in bed and listen to them have it.

      A friend of mine lived in Japan for a few years and got a polite letter from his neighbors asking him...to quiet it down.
