Much worse even, and given the recent and ongoing events, several EU governments have shown zero respect for freedom of speech and a tendency to accuse large parts of their population of "supporting terrorism". In the UK, police regularly harasses citizens for expressing their voice on social media and elsewhere on sensitive politic matters. And I am supposed to welcome these governments reading into my private messages in search for possible crimes? No way.
