ehhhhhhh, I don't think the "extra-territoriality" of US murder law applies overseas. Might get nailed for some mail/customs/explosives violation or conspiracy (if others were involved), but not the murder itself under US law. I'm sure the US would be quick to extradite though. Totally not a lawyer.
