Yeah it seems stupid to ban them instead of identifying (and probably arresting for support of terrorism) anyone taking part at them. But as it's often the case it's easier to sweep the problems under the rug. There was a demonstration in my city as well tonight, I'm still in shock. But it's obvious that Europe is filled with antisemitic immigrants if you don't even ask them their beliefs before allowing them to stay.
