I don't know, the hotel+collab spaces is pretty good (from my perspective) when you come into the office once or twice a month and have a group of people you want to meet with and an agenda you want to accomplish. For more mundane day-to-day work I don't care for it, but I think it can be a handy supplement to mostly remote work.
