Evidently it was not the correct medicine.
- dcow 3y agoMore like one batch was deficient and was recalled as soon as the issue was discovered.
- marcosdumay 3y agoMS discovered this years ago. And they have refused any recall. This is also not the first time they cover up some serious problem and refuse to fix it. In fact, that's a daily activity for them. This one is just a larger problem than usual because they are broken too, not only their clients (even though, that makes it only slightly larger).
- plagiarist 3y agoIf I am reading the linked material correctly: more like a nefarious actor was able to get into the production facility and is still in there to this day. With the same false keycard that originally granted them access.
