  When society gets to that point looters and robbers get bullet. There’s a class of crime that can only really exist in a rule-of-law situation, without that people just get summarily executed.

    But what if the looters are all armed? Their power in numbers means if you shoot one the resr will overwhelm you so they can expect to not be shot for that reason alone. In reality, the looters become gangs you pay for "protection" and they will be your "police" against others

  You don't load them with bullets and you load your gun (not the one you are trading) and be ready to fire it western style.
