When asked to do such a thing a reasonable person would know or should have known that the document would be used to commit fraud.
I think the legal term is "constructive knowledge." (IANAL)
- Aeolun 3y agoSure, but there’s no functional difference between being coerced into writing a specific thing in a document, and having the coercing person write it themselves. You can refuse, but the only person hurt in such a situation is yourself.
