Did you arrive in a time machine from 2021? We all got covid shots and boosters and then covid. They didn't do anything and the only think people can come up with is to keep getting shots. It's not contrarian. Doing something over and over again that doesn't work is crazy. By this point everyone's had so much of this rammed down their throats that they can make a judgement themselves. Don't talk down to someone who has made a different judgement than you, that's supported by overwhelming evidence and experience.

Are you a medical scientist, and have you carried out studies on vaccine and mask effectivity? Curious because you seem really confident so I guess maybe you're an expert in the area?

  Don't need to be a chef to know the food stinks Don't need to be an expert, just need a working memory to see "14 days to slow the spread" or "if you get your 2 shots you have a 99% IMMUNITY from Covid" are bullshit.

> they didn’t do anything Are you sure? Do you have any evidence that the vaccinated who caught COVID would not have had worse symptoms had they not been vaccinated? I’m pretty sure all the stats at the time showed greater infection rates, greater hospitalisation rates, and greater mortality among the unvaccinated than the vaccinated. EDIT: spelling

I could give you facts and figures, official reports, studies, quotes from scientists and health experts, all of which resoundingly prove that taking the vaccine or booster will lead to better health outcomes, both directly (for you) and indirectly (for others). Plenty of articles published in the past few days outline all of the facts and figures and reasons why people should get a booster, who is helped and who is not. And of course just getting the booster doesn't negatively effect you and all insurance covers it, so the worst case is a wasted trip and 15 minutes. But you don't want to hear the evidence. You just like this perception you have that the vaccines "don't do anything". So I won't try to correct that perception. But I will ridicule you, judge you, and shame you. Anti-vaxxers deserve contempt because they put people's lives at risk and make lifer harder for the rest of us. People who didn't get a flu shot were garbage people because they got more people sick with the flu, and having the flu sucks. People who don't get a covid shot are even more garbage because the mortality for covid is so much higher, there are uncertain long-term health effects even for healthy young people, and getting covid sucks. I'll talk down to anyone that screws other people over when they could easily avoid it, purely because they prefer to live in denial.
