I found "ROM" to be confusing because I always thought that meant you couldn't change it, but they mention swapping modifiable data in and out of there. It's actually EEPROM and I guess that is a little similar to Flash memory.
- namibj 3y agoUsually NOR flash. SSDs are usually NAND flash.
