- TimJRobinson 3y agoNo and bored apes don't either. Royalties on NFT sales have mostly gone away now when big marketplaces like Blur started ignoring them.
- Dylan16807 3y agoIf the buyer's expectation of profit from the common enterprise pushes something closer to being a security, wouldn't that kind of money extraction move it further from being a security?
