- dekhn 3y agoIt is a completely gapless assembly from the beginning of the start of each chromosome all the way to it's end ("telomere to telomere"). I haven't read in enough detail but I would imagine there are still some slightly fuzzy regions that are sort of a best-guess, although those would be quite small.
