The FDA aren't mustache-twirling villains here. I'm pretty sure they're responding to public pressure; nobody cares about an invisible graveyard the same way as a visible one. Heck, we have people outraged about the emergency approval of a vaccine which saved millions of lives. So maybe this effort will be successful by using the FDA as a foil, but ultimately we need to convince the public at large to change their/our attitudes.
