Having hopped around for years, I finally came back to Linux Mint with Cinnamon. My setup had become so opaque to anyone but me that I was concerned about my wife not being able to actually get into my stuff if something happened to me. Plus, I share this machine with my daughter and use it for teaching her, and the extra polish makes it more accessible to her. My servers all run Debian. Keeps things consistent, stable, and boring.
