- amelius 3y agoOf course you don't have to heavily populate the newly reclaimed land for it to be still useful ...
- Chris2048 3y agoYou could over engineer it to be more than just a dam; build any hydro-electric power off of side-canals, and the main dam could be two dams that develop into a full land bridge of considerable girth.
