The problem is that such large platforms work like utilities, but are governed as services
- shreyshnaccount 3y agoFor example it is illegal for the water utility companies where I live to cut off water supply, even if someone does not pay the bills. It should be illegal for payment processors, search engines and other large internet platforms to take away people's business. We need utilities, not services.
