I'm intolerant to aspartame in particular (it causes me migraines) and most artificial sweeteners (upset stomach).
But that doesn't mean no one else should have them.
- meindnoch 3y agoSo, are you intolerant to aspartic acid, phenylalanine or methanol?
- teunispeters 3y agoUnsure. Never been able to narrow it down.... never needed to so far, unlike with say - propylene glycol which has hospitalized me several times. (I react badly to most "alternative sugars", which might be related). But then I also have some problems with fructose.
