Zoom: Charged 220 euros/month after being misled by their commercial practices
They do not show that the Business License is for a minimum of 10 users and more than 200 euros a month!
Yet they do not process a full refund when a customer makes a mistake and subscribes to it.
I trusted Zoom before being misled that way...
Should a tech company aim for growth at any reputational cost?
- FBISurveillance 3y agoNot blaming you, just unsure how this could have been missed on the checkout page. Screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/zpfrp7u https://imgur.com/a/zpfrp7u First it says 10 licenses, then it highlights that the cost will be 200 per month. When you try to reduce number of licenses below 10 it will automatically switch you to Pro plan, voiding 10-license-minimum requirement. Not sure what else they could have done?
- unreal_for_some 3y agoThis is their pricing page and it does not clearly show the 10 licenses floor. https://imgur.com/a/qg9E9On https://imgur.com/a/qg9E9On When you trust a company you expect them to show transparent and clear pricing, not one where you have to read the fine prints. I just tried what you said and I do not have the same checkout page, but one that is more misleading
