What is Microsoft like now? How are people evaluated and compensated? I assume not everyone gets the same salary/bonus, so what criteria do they use to decide who gets what? [I'm not doubting stack ranking sucks--I was at Microsoft 2005-2011--I'm just wondering how they fixed it.]
