This feels like a reverse Bloom filter situation. Positive means positive, negative means maybe.
- seanmcdirmid 3y agoThat is true. But surely there is a better way to get a handle on this problem than just via self reporting. The issue is also that there are many different kinds of homeless that really aren’t very related to each other. You can’t use the same methodology to even count them.
