Like I said, I don't care what happens - but as an outside observer - it's ridiculous.

- mthoms 3y agoMy comment pointed out that they outright refuse to state which ones fall into which category. That is a 100% factual statement and highly relevant to the discussion. If you'd like to provide a rebuttal to that, be my guest. But childish swipes that don't address the point being made are just that... childish.
- KingOfCoders 3y agoI can't see "Please don't post comments that don't contribute anything to the discussion." as highly relevant to the discussion.
- Dylan16807 3y agoDefending a bad meta comment is the worst option of all.
- KingOfCoders 3y agoIn my value system, killing people is the worst option of all, but defending bad meta comments is close second.
- Dylan16807 3y agoCommenting on a news article doesn't mean you care what happens to the subject of the article. Your comment is not only pointless and petty, it's wrong.
- KingOfCoders 3y agoNo, it's an adoption from "If you're reading it, it's for you" by The Last Psychiatrist. Not that I'm as clever as he is. Pointless seems in the eye of the beholder. If you don't understand something, the easiest thing is to condemn it and call the person who made the comment stupid.
- Dylan16807 3y ago> "If you're reading it, it's for you" "It" here would have to be the situation/article, right? The thing they don't care about is what will happen to Coinbase in the future. They're not reading that.
