- The_SamminAter 3y agoGot any links for information about the Zoom settlement?
- sharts 3y agoWhy even bother with the charade if fines only ever amount to a tap on the wrist?
- jsnell 3y agoThis is not a fine, it's an out of court settlement. As for why bother, the lawyers who organized the class-action case will make about $5 million from it.
- EMCymatics 3y agoThe only achievement here is for the lawyers.
- tjpnz 3y agoUS citizens only?
- Thorrez 3y ago>www.refererheadersettlement.com Is this about the Referer header? Isn't the Referer header standard practice across browsers and websites? I'm curious why Google is thought to be at fault for the Referer header. Disclosure: I work at Google, but have no knowledge about this case.
