I tried to buy the Mercedes EQS with that feature. All the dealers had a $50k markup , you had to wait months for delivery and most of the cool features in their marketing were not available due to parts shortages.
So call me skeptical…
- ryanwaggoner 3y agoSkeptical? Because it’s so popular that it’s very hard to get?
- empiricus 3y agopopular would mean at least 100k-1mil. is this mercedes really popular like this?
- hef19898 3y agoTesla's sell at 100k - 1 mil mark up?
- frenchman99 3y agoI think they mean 100k to 1 million units sold
- hef19898 3y agoOkay so 10%, assuming one million unit roughly, of what the likes of Toyota, VW and others build every single year across their models.
- Dylan16807 3y agoWhen it's an "extremely sold out" kind of popular, that can definitely be a reason for skepticism. It's easy to sell out if you barely make any, and when it comes to halo products with significant flaws you want it to be sold out.
