I'm also inclined to agree: I've been following the invasion for a long time and given the flagrant war crimes, (blowing up large public works like this counts as one) Russia has committed, the mining already mentioned, and the recent shaping attacks from Ukraine, there's plenty of evidence this was a deliberate action.
