Anyone needing to hire a head of sales and marketing, but can only hire 1?

I have 8+ years of startup experience and my MBA. I am wondering if anyone knows of a young startup who needs a blend of Marketing/Sales as a Director of Demand Gen. I help companies 3x pipeline through creative sales and marketing approaches that can scale. These days, postings have hundreds of applicants & my personal network doesn't have any leads at the moment. Anyone know of some interesting, young startups that I should look into?
