In 1984 people were already spamming the word "terrorism" on everything?
That wasn't a terror attack. No one was terrorised or threatened. The crime was voter suppression by physically preventing people from accessing the polls.

- tedunangst 3y agoU.S. Code Title 22 Chapter 38, Section 2656f(d) defines terrorism as: "Premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents". Actual terror is not included in many definitions of terrorism.
