They have it backwards, rich people come to the US for their treatment. It's not a coincidence that places like Mayo/Hopkins/MD Anderson all have buildings named after a gulf country sheikh. Top US institutions are definitely the best/most advanced in the world right now for cancer care and arguably overall, especially for weird and wonderful stuff. Affordability and accessibility is a different question.
