Although I never had symptomatic covid, I'm relatively sure I've suffered some mild mental decline. Before covid I had mild adhd and in a form that was diagnosed as auditory in nature, which means sometimes I hear words different than I say them. I never remember having any kind of speech impediment as a kid, however nowadays I'll sometimes slur words or seemingly mess up my speech without realizing. It's been okay, but I'm considering some kind of speech therapy now.
