- mikewarot 3y agoYou'll likely run out of money and regret the choice, as getting back in won't be easy. Be very sure you can avoid my fate in this manner. Edit: it's hard because platforms changed since I was in IT.. Windows desktop programming isn't considered a valuable skill in 2023. Nor is being a Windows system administrator. Also, Delphi was peak programmer productivity, it's all rapidly downhill not that all work is fed through the thin straw that in the smartphone/ tablet/ browser interface.
