Why do a recall? Sounds like it's a simple software fix. Can be deployed over the air.

- Sohcahtoa82 3y agoYup. Which is why it's so annoying when Tesla recalls hit the news. So many people treat it like a huge event, when really, it's just a small software update.
- bdcravens 3y agoAFAIK eGMP (platform for Ioniq, EV6, GV60) OTA updates are limited to infotainment system - you have to go into the dealership for major system updates. (I have an EV6)
