  I don't understand your comment. Sam Altman has equity in OpenAI. It is in no way comparable to Mike Rowe's foundation which is a non-profit. He has no financial stake in it's success. He can't sell it for a profit. Mike Rowe has accountants and attorneys to handle his tax filings. Complications are not a problem.
