pumped storage hydro, while really cool, are absolutely massive and complicated multibillion dollar infrastructure projects (which California lately has not been particularly famous for)
- seanmcdirmid 3y agoThey were built decades ago, so not a big problem now. The west has lots of places to build these things, it doesn't work out east nor probably in the UK outside of maybe Scotland.
