- Firmwarrior 3y agoAgreed, which is why we need to let developers build freely. They'll build and build and build until property is completely commoditized and anyone can afford it
- Nursie 3y agoOr they’ll sit on banks of land, trickling out properties at a lower rate than demand so they can continue to sell at high prices.
