LinkedIn Verification Now Lets You Verify Your Job and Account
- joezydeco 4y agoSo now LinkedIn will know where you work for sure, and if that company is an Office suite subscriber they can run sentiment analysis over your email and see if it matches your LI recruiter traffic. Sounds like a tasty combination to know who is looking to leave the company. I'd think twice about taking them up on this offer.

- 2Gkashmiri 4y agoi recently signed up for linkedin after years of sitting on the fence. Immediately they want to authenticate my account by having to send a copy of govt issued id card. I am 'not' a fan of that. Since then i stopped trying to login. Not sure if i should just create a new account because the first one was also fresh. Still, this is a pretty scummy way to collect id cards
