I highly doubt any of that. There's no Copilot making my job easier. 90% of my job is understanding what needs to be done, the remaining 10% is writing code. So no "many"fold improvement for me. Or for any developer I know.
- nopinsight 4y agoPerhaps you mostly solve the kind of harder problems I mentioned for which few existing solutions exist and/or there are no clear specification/requirements docs?
- nunodonato 4y agodont focus only on what is possible today. Very soon we will see AI agents that will do the "understanding what needs to be done" part as well. Heck, they already do, with the right prompting, its just not as easy as having a copilot ready, but give it a couple of months.
