What is a constructive way to respond to cyclist hate? I used to commute to work quite a bit and got a lot of flack both on the road and off (people giving their opinion). I don't really understand the hate first of all, but more importantly how do you respond to it appropriately and maturely? Is there another way than just ignoring it?
