I work with a traditional old school company of people for whom e-mail = Outlook. I can’t convince them to switch to web-based direct access to their gSuite. I don’t know how many dozens of hours a year they lose on things not syncing with Outlook, “I can’t create Calendar invites anymore”, “My Zoom plugin isn’t there anymore”, etc But it’s a lot.
