The article is flawed from the very beginning. You rarely find similar homes that are both on sale or for rent. The inventories are completely different. And so, fail.

- whiplash451 4y agoI absolutely am, thanks. My point was that buying (or renting) gives you access to different inventories. And so this thought experiment is not useful to describe the choice buyers/renters make.
