I agree that "the window is very short" is not a great qualifier to downgrade severity with. Maybe if it required specific setup that was somehow hard to achieve, but "doing things fast" doesn't appear to fall under this qualifier. If I had to analyse this for a corporation I would have probably scored it higher as well.
