The first time I visited England when I was 19 the people I was visiting showed me all this, and consequently a lot of my cash was turned into "shrapnel". Later I wanted to buy some vodka, and someone wanted chocolate milk, so imagine the look on the cashier's face as I pay for ONLY vodka and chocolate milk with spare change.
