Some theorized variations of https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_vacuum_decay https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/False_vacuum_decay are essentially an unstoppable bubble of complete destruction (not even known physics remains intact) spreading in every direction at the speed of light.
