As a solo traveler it’s a terrible value. But for a family of 4 it’s extremely useful. You really have to go with well reviewed hosts.

- Scoundreller 4y agoI mean, it depends on what you’re booking. Having private bedrooms as an option can work out nicely for a solo traveller. Cheaper than a hotel, fewer issues than a hostel.
