UV will break down a lot of plastics, especially if stabilizers are not added. I'm curious why the study didn't mention this at all. How long can that bathroom hold out?
- jefftk 4y agoIf you're Boeing considering building it into planes it seems like you're in a great position for choosing UV-compatible materials. (Compared to the more normal situation of someone retrofitting an office, bar, or other normal space with 222-nm lighting.)
