Use a separate digital camera and JPG rescale/compress the hell out of it after the fact. Screen grabs are convenient, but not sufficiently lossy, and can leak information. If you're feeling rough, run the screencap through an OCR and a spell checker first before taking an off axis picture in Times New Roman.
